At All Souls Church, we hold an informal food and fellowship coffee hour every Sunday, September through June, after 10:30 am service. Coffee hour is a cherished tradition at All Souls. It’s a time to catch up with fellow parishioners and say hello to newcomers. We keep this tradition of hospitality alive by bringing finger foods to share in a 'pot luck' atmosphere and by taking turns cleaning up afterwards. Members and friends are welcome to host a coffee hour and we often provide a birthday cake for whoever is celebrating each month.
All Souls Church provides Fair Trade Coffee from Equal Exchange for our coffee hour and other functions hosted by the church. Our Social Action Committee also sells Equal Exchange coffee, tea and chocolate for home use.
Equal Exchange's mission is to build long-term trade partnerships that are economically just and environmentally sound, to foster mutually beneficial relationships between farmers and consumers and to demonstrate, through our success, the contribution of worker co-operatives and Fair Trade to a more equitable, democratic and sustainable world.
